The mission of the Word Ministry is “to proclaim the Good News” (Mark 16:15) in the Philippines and the world. The Word Ministry ensures that dwellers of Elim Communities learn the whole Word of God, through Bible studies during gatherings and events, as well as through personal study. The Word Ministry also sees to the continuous training and development of Elim teachers of the Word, so that they will be effective, Spirit-filled and doctrinally-sound proclaimers of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

The Elim Music Ministry (EMM) is a network of service teams in Elim Communities that provides musical support in areas of worship, evangelization and Christian entertainment and fellowship. This ministry includes singers, band/musicians, and music librarians.

The Intercession ministry fuels Elim Communities with the power of prayer. Members of the Intercession ministry regularly intercede for all community events and petitions.

The Elim Performing Arts Ministry (EPAM) produces special performances such as music, dance and drama entertainment during conferences and events of Elim Communities.

The Elim Video Ministry is in charge of all visual requirements in Elim Communities such as video recording and playback. Together with the Audio ministry, the role of this ministry is important in ensuring that God’s Word in community events is captured to spread it further to all members. This ministry includes video director, video editors, videographers, lighting operators, and projectionists.

The Audio Ministry is in charge of audio requirements in Elim Communities such as audio recording, live mix during worships, music playback and scoring. Together with the Video ministry, the role of this ministry is important in ensuring that God’s Word in community events is captured to spread it further to all members.

Secretariat ministry is in charge of monitoring and managing database and records of all members of Elim Communities. This includes monitoring of attendance, and consolidating personal details of Elim dwellers for personalized interactions.

Digital ministry is in charge of managing the website and social media pages of Elim Communities. Its mission is to build an online community of believers empowered to reach and impact the world through creative and active evangelization in the digital media.

Auxiliary services provide a wide range of services in the Elim Communities such as Chapel, Restroom and Garden services that ensures proper care and maintenance of the facilities in Elim Global Headquarters
