The Elim Couples is the ministry for couples married in Church. It is dedicated to uplifting marital relationships in Christ through its Time Out Campaign, the various components of which are designed to work together to prepare, complete, restore, preserve and perfect marriages in the light of God’s Word and plan.

 

The phrase “time out” has a double meaning. First, it denotes a pause or interval, as from work or duty; a break, respite intermission or rest. Secondly, it also means a time to literally go out as a couple, away from work, ministry, children and pressing concerns at home. It is a planned and regular outing by an Elim couple, where they can get away from their busy activities to spend quality time with each other, focus and upbuild each other, and simply retreat to the loving company of their spouse.
