Today, Lord, I give up my right to myself. I will put those I lead ahead of my own personal interests. I will forget about my comfort and convenience, and expend all my energies and I will not seek any earthly recognition, for my sole delight is to do your will, and to accomplish the mission you have given me. Help me become the kind of servant-leader you want me to be. And grant me the grace to grow in humility, obedience and faithfulness.
